4. Price of the Goods

4.1 The price of the Goods is set out on the relevant page of our website. We reserve the right to change prices, but the price for your order will be the price at the time the order is placed if we accept it.

4.2 If the price increases before delivery, we will notify you for confirmation. You have the option to cancel the order if the new price is not acceptable.

5. Terms of Payment

5.2 Authorizing us to deduct the full price of the Goods and any other payments due from your Payment Card does not mean your order is accepted or a contract is formed. If we reject your order, we will credit your Payment Card.

5.4 We will credit your Payment Card with the appropriate amount for returned Goods in accordance with your rights under Clause 9.

5.5 We take reasonable care to keep your order information secure. However, we are not liable for any loss due to unauthorized access to your data by a third party unless it is solely due to our negligence.

5.6 We reserve the right to reject orders for resale purposes.
